Woven plastic in white, already broken at the edges – functional, but nothing you want in your bedroom. This basket is made from one piece: an oval wall with staggered rectangular cutouts and a continuous rim that also serves as a handle.

What makes the basket useful in everyday life

• Continuous handle rim: The outwardly extended rim runs all around, so you can grip it from any side. No searching for the handle when the basket is sideways in the hallway.
• Staggered cutouts: The openings of the upper and lower rows are not directly above each other. This leaves continuous material webs, and the wall maintains its shape even when fully loaded.

• Made from one piece: No glued corners, no woven strands that come undone. This is exactly where plastic wicker baskets give way first.
• Recycled polypropylene: The plastic is made entirely from post-consumer material. It does not absorb water and can be wiped clean with a damp cloth, unlike textile baskets or natural fibers.

Do not leave it in direct sunlight permanently: UV radiation makes polypropylene brittle over the years, which is why the basket is intended for indoor use and covered terraces. To clean, wipe with a damp cloth or rinse under the shower and let dry; do not use abrasive cleaners, as they will roughen the matte surface.
