Thin jersey fabric exacerbates both issues because it lacks elasticity. These boxer shorts feature a wide waistband with elastane and a body made of textured knit.

• Wide contact surface instead of a narrow elastic band – pressure is distributed, preventing the waistband from rolling up or digging into the skin.
• Textured knit with relief – the uneven surface does not lie flat against the skin, but rather touches it only with its raised points; air remains in between, which is noticeably cooler in summer and under suit trousers.
• Short trunk cut – the leg hem sits higher than on long boxer shorts and does not bunch up under tight trousers.
• Integrated zigzag pattern in the waistband – the structure is knitted in rather than printed on, ensuring it remains intact even after many washes.

Do cotton shorts shrink in the wash?

Yes, at high temperatures. Therefore, wash at 30 to 40 °C and do not tumble dry, as heat causes cotton knit to shrink in length. Do not use fabric softener: it coats the elastane fibers in the waistband and reduces their recovery capacity, which is precisely the property that prevents them from riding up. Air dry and store lying flat.
