• Recessed drinking rim: The narrow edge allows the lip to rest smoothly, rather than on the full wall thickness.
• Glossy, dense glaze: The sealed shard does not absorb any liquid. Coffee and tea residues do not penetrate and leave no permanent stains.

Why does no mug look like the other?

The glaze flows at high temperatures and reacts to the firing temperature and position in the kiln. The pattern, flow height, and color density therefore differ for each piece – this is part of the process and not a defect. Those who expect several exactly identical mugs are better off with industrially printed porcelain. The mug is dishwasher-safe; the glaze is sensitive to abrasive cleaners and metal sponges, which can dull the shine in places. Do not pour boiling water into the cold mug, but rinse it briefly with warm water.

Afterwards, there will be no interchangeable mugs on the table, but mugs that everyone recognizes as their own.
