The sock slips into the shoe

After three steps, the heel cuff is under the sole of your foot, and you find yourself half-removing your shoe while walking to pull it back up. These socks feature an internal silicone strip at the heel that grips the skin. It is invisible from the outside and keeps the cuff exactly where it should be.

What the design achieves in the shoe

• Silicone strip inside the heel: It sits directly against the skin and prevents slipping into the shoe. Without this grip, any low-cut sock will slide down as soon as your foot moves inside the shoe.
• Mesh insert over the instep: This is exactly where heat builds up in a closed shoe. The open mesh structure allows air to pass through while the sole and edges remain dense.
• Cotton sole: The natural fiber absorbs moisture instead of letting it sit on the skin. Synthetic fibers push sweat to the surface, where it remains cold.
• Reinforced toe cap: The area with the most abrasion is knit more densely. This is where holes typically first appear in thin socks.
• Low-cut below the ankle: The sock disappears completely into sneakers and loafers without any edge showing above the shoe line.
• Size range EU 37–45 (US 6–11 women, 4–10 men): Unisex cut with elastic knit that covers a wide range.

How to keep the silicone grip effective long-term?

The silicone strip loses its grip when detergent residue and fabric softener build up on it—the surface becomes smooth and loses its hold. Therefore, wash the socks without fabric softener and at a maximum of 40 °C (104 °F) in a laundry bag so they do not wrap around other garments. Do not tumble dry: heat makes the silicone brittle and eventually detaches it from the knit. If the strip has become dull, a wash cycle without detergent can help remove residue. Air dry and do not place on a heater.
