How does the bamboo whisk last longer than a few weeks?

The most common mistake is the dishwasher – heat and detergents dissolve the bond of the bamboo fibers, causing the tines to splinter after a few cycles. Rinse the whisk directly after use under warm water, without detergent, and place it on the ceramic holder to dry, allowing air to circulate from below. Hand wash the spoon in the same way and air dry it. The bowl tolerates hot water without problems; do not let any residual powder dry on it, as it will adhere to the glaze. Do not use an abrasive sponge on the applied blossoms when drying.
