Measuring, mounting, proper care

After a few weeks, retighten all screw connections once, as screws settle in wood material. For cleaning, use a soft, dry or only slightly damp cloth and then wipe dry. When wiping, work in the direction of the brushing, i.e., lengthwise to the handle, not crosswise – crosswise cloths leave visible streaks on brushed surfaces. Do not use metal polish, brass paste, scouring milk, or acidic cleaners: Polish smooths the brushing in places and creates shiny spots that can no longer be blended; on a coated surface, the layer will be abraded.
