Fill, freeze, release

Before first use, rinse all parts with warm water and mild dish soap and dry thoroughly. Fill both mold levels up to the mark with water (or juice, coffee, wine), place the lid on top, and place horizontally in the freezer. After about four to six hours, the cubes are completely frozen. To release, turn the upper mold over, place it on the storage container, and operate the push button with your thumb – the cubes fall closed downwards. Waiting five minutes after removing from the freezer also makes it easier to release. Do not put in the dishwasher for cleaning; rinse by hand with lukewarm water and dry completely before refilling.
