Folding Box Made of Recycled Plastic with Perforated Walls, Stackable and Foldable, Solid Color

When Empty Boxes in the Basement Take Up More Space Than Full Ones

Storage boxes only partially solve the problem. As long as they are filled, they work. But once they are empty, they still get in the way and occupy the same volume as before. This is precisely where rigid boxes from the hardware store fail. This collapsible box, made from recycled plastic, can be folded flat when not needed.

What Makes This Collapsible Box Special

• Side walls fold inwards – the box collapses to floor level and disappears empty into a shelf compartment instead of continuing to occupy volume.
• Perforated walls allow air through – the openings prevent mildew on textiles and moisture build-up on fruits and vegetables; closed boxes trap air inside.
• Recycled plastic from old appliances – the material is entirely sourced from post-consumer waste and can be recycled again at the end of its life.
• Single-color design – unlike the multicolored version, this box remains consistently in one tone, making several boxes on a shelf appear as a calm row rather than a pattern.
• Dimensions 26.5 × 17 × 10.5 cm (10.4 × 6.7 × 4.1 inches) – the shallow height is suitable for flat items that would get lost in deep boxes: cables, papers, cosmetics, tools.

Suitable for shelves, desks, workbenches, and kitchen cabinets. For cables and adapters, for stationery, for wool and sewing accessories, for cosmetics in the bathroom, or as a transport box for the weekly market. The available colors and whether multiple boxes can be stacked can be found in the product selection.

Can it Withstand Heavy Loads?

The manufacturer does not provide a load capacity specification. With collapsible boxes, the limit is inherently lower than with rigid boxes due to the design, as the load is distributed over the hinges. When carrying, always support the bottom instead of lifting the box by its side walls. For cleaning, warm water with dish soap is sufficient; do not put it in the dishwasher and do not expose it to direct sunlight for extended periods, as plastic can fade over time.
