The kettle is boiling, the powder is in the sieve, and the next half minute consists only of the whisk moving in the bowl. What each part of the set does

• Ceramic whisk holder, 6.3 x 7.2 cm (2.5 x 2.8 in): The dome shape keeps the prongs in their rounded form after rinsing. Without a holder, they dry flat and break at the bend.
• Bamboo spoon, 18.2 cm (7.2 in): The narrow, curved scoop removes an even portion from the tin without introducing moisture.

How does the bamboo whisk last longer than a few weeks?

The most common mistake is the dishwasher – heat and detergent dissolve the binding of the bamboo fibers, and the prongs split after a few cycles. Rinse the whisk directly after use under warm water, without detergent, and place it on the ceramic holder to dry, allowing air to circulate from below. The plastic cylinder from the packaging is only for transport protection and is not suitable for storage, as residual moisture can accumulate in it. Clean the spoon by hand as well. The bowl tolerates hot water without problems; do not let residual powder dry on it, as it will stick in the glaze.
