If bar handles with two drill holes were previously installed, one drill hole will remain visible; in this case, plug, fill, and paint over. Before purchasing, measure the front thickness so that the screw is neither too short nor protrudes on the inside. Use a dry or slightly damp cloth for cleaning; no abrasives and no acidic cleaners, as they will lighten the antique surface and polish the relief in places.
