This Sapele wood board changes that with a surface: The leopard print runs across the entire board, framing what's on it. Can you cut on the board?

No – the leopard print is on the wood surface and would be cut through by a knife blade. The board is intended for serving and arranging, not for cutting; for preparation and especially for raw meat, you should use a separate cutting board. For care: wipe by hand only with a damp cloth, do not soak and do not put in the dishwasher, as water can cause the wood to swell and damage the print. Wipe dry immediately. If the wood on the unprinted edges appears dull, re-treat with food-safe oil.
