Returns

You have the right to return your order within 30 days of receipt. Please contact our customer service within this period to initiate a return.

Please contact our customer service before sending back any items. The return address may vary depending on the product and the destination country.

Return Conditions

  • Items must be returned complete, preferably in their original packaging and undamaged.
  • Items must not have been used beyond what is necessary to inspect their condition.
  • Please use a shipping service with tracking. For returns without tracking, we unfortunately cannot accept liability in the event of loss.

Refunds

After receipt and inspection of the returned goods, refunds will be processed within 14 days. The refund covers the purchase price of the returned item. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.

The refund will be issued using the same payment method that was used for the original order.

Responsibility

Please check your order immediately upon delivery. If you notice any issues, contact us promptly at info@bolania.de and send photos of the issue within 48 hours of receipt. For returns without tracking, we unfortunately cannot accept liability in the event of loss or damage.

Return Method

Returns are only possible by post. For damaged or faulty products, we may provide a return shipping label. For voluntary returns, the customer bears the shipping costs.

Address Changes

If you wish to change your delivery address, please contact us immediately. We will do our best to accommodate changes but cannot guarantee this if the order has already been processed.

Undeliverable Packages

If a package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address, refusal of acceptance, or failure to collect, we reserve the right to charge return and reshipping costs.
