You put on your flat shoe, stand up – and a strip of fabric flashes above the shoe's edge. These liners are cut lower than standard sneaker socks and run diagonally across the instep. They end below the shoe line, even with flat models that have a wide cutout.

What these liners do for your shoes

• Low, diagonally guided cut: The edge lies well below the ankle and follows the line of the shoe's opening. For ballerinas and pumps, this is exactly the difference between visible and invisible.

• Very fine knit: The fabric is barely noticeable in the shoe, so tight models won't suddenly feel too snug.
• One size fits all EU 34–39 (US 4.5–9): The elastic knit adapts to fit within this range.

How to keep the silicone grip effective?

The silicone strip loses its grip when detergent residue and fabric softener build up on it – the surface becomes smooth and no longer clings. Therefore, wash the liners without fabric softener at a maximum of 30 °C (86 °F) in a laundry bag so that the fine knit does not get caught on zippers. Do not put them in the dryer: heat makes the silicone brittle and causes it to detach from the edge over time. If the strip has become dull, a wash cycle without detergent can help remove residue. Air dry and do not place on the heater.
