How to use and take it with you

Remove the pillow from the carrying bag and shake it briefly until the memory foam takes its full shape – this takes a few minutes, depending on the storage temperature. Before wearing, open the Velcro fastener, place the pillow around your neck with the mesh insert facing up, and tighten the Velcro under your chin just enough so that your head is supported without pressing. After use, roll up the pillow, put it in the carrying bag, and close it with the drawstring. If necessary, remove the cover and wash it on a gentle cycle at 30 °C, then air dry – do not tumble dry, so that the material retains its elasticity. Do not machine wash the memory foam core; if soiled, dab with a damp cloth and mild soapy water and let it dry completely before putting the cover back on.
